Water-based inorganic mineral interior wall coating (GW-N6100)

This product uses natural mineral raw materials such as silicates, processed through a special production process. The main component is potassium silicate modified by oxidation. The inorganic substances in the coating and the inorganic substances in the substrate undergo a silicification reaction to produce new inorganic substances, which penetrate the base layer and integrate with the substrate. Storage

●Store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and prevent frost (storage temperature 5-35℃). Keep the container sealed.

 

Construction Process

 

Special Reminders

●After opening the lid of the paint, stir thoroughly with an electric mixer (more than 8 minutes). If the stirred paint is left to stand for more than 2 hours without application, it must be re-stirred. If not stirred evenly, it is easy to cause powder shedding;

●This coating does not form a film; the coating penetrates into the base layer. The coating reacts with the glue contained in the putty, which may produce an unpleasant odor. It is recommended to use high-quality cement-based putty;

●For spraying or roller coating, after the roller is filled with material, shake off the material at both ends (to prevent splashing onto the wall during roller coating and forming lumps). To prevent the coating from sagging due to gravity, apply it from bottom to top in a "Z" or "N" shape on the wall. Apply thinly; thick application may cause cracking;

●The product has super strong adhesion and is not easy to clean after pollution. Pay attention to the protection of finished products;

●Before directly applying to gypsum lines, please roll the gypsum lines with water once before applying the coating to prevent cracking;

●For roller coating, it is recommended to use a high-quality short-pile roller; for spraying, an airless spray gun must be used;

●For people with sensitive skin, please wear protective equipment during use; if accidentally splashed in the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention;

●Do not allow children or pets to enter the construction area, and keep the product out of reach. If accidentally contaminated, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. If the paint spills, cover it with sand or soil, collect it and dispose of it properly. Do not pour the paint into the sewer or drainpipe;

●Disposal of paint waste should comply with local environmental standards.
