Water-based inorganic mineral floor coating

This product is made from natural mineral raw materials such as silicate, processed with a special production process. It is non-toxic, odorless, and irritant-free; contains no harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, and heavy metals; and is radiation-free. It is fire-retardant, water-resistant, weather-resistant, anti-static, washable, and abrasion-resistant; comes in a variety of colors; has a long service life; and has low maintenance costs. It is suitable for various cement and concrete substrates. Construction is simple and convenient; it can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed.

Gobayer Inorganic Floor Coating Construction Instructions

Essential Tools:

Mixer, airless sprayer (around 25Mpa), high-quality short-haired finishing rollers (large and small), brush, putty knife, cutting machine, grinders (large and small), vacuum cleaner,

Buckets, quartz sand, talc powder, color separation strips, etc.

Instructions:

1. First, clean the base layer and determine the sand and powder mixing ratio based on the flatness, cracks, etc., of the base layer.

2. Treat the base layer: clean pinholes and cracks, then use a grinder to grind the entire base layer (ensure the grinding texture is consistent in depth, avoid grinding too deep).

3. After treating the base layer, stir the Gobayer inorganic primer (do not add water) evenly for 8 minutes, then apply a thin and even coat with a roller.

4. After the inorganic primer is dry, proceed with sand scraping to level the surface. Mix Gobayer inorganic primer, quartz sand, and talc powder according to the base layer conditions. (1) First, use a relatively thick mixture to fill and level pinholes, cracks, and V-shaped cracks, etc., and wait until it is completely dry; (2) Use a moderately thick mixture to scrape the entire base layer once (thinly).

5. Grinding: After the second sand scraping is completely dry, grind the entire base layer to level it, and clean up the dust.

6. Putty: Apply a putty layer using Gobayer inorganic mineral floor coating mixed with talc powder.

7. Surface Coating: After the putty is dry, apply a thin and even coat using an airless sprayer and roller.

8. After the surface coating is surface-dry, evenly stir the Gobayer inorganic clear coat and apply a thin coat with a roller.

Notes:

1. The specific process depends on the base layer and environmental conditions. Please consult Gobayer Coating if necessary.

2. All Gobayer coatings and primers should be stirred for at least 8 minutes;

3. All coatings during construction should be applied thinly; avoid thick application in one go;

4. Construction temperature above 5℃. The construction environment should be well-ventilated. Do not construct in rainy weather;

5. Store in a sealed container at 5℃-35℃.
